- Interstate: 3-6 business days

- Same state: 1-2 business days
- Interstate: 1-3 business days
- You'll received a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
- Delivery times are estimates from our courier Australia Post and may vary during peak periods or for remote areas.
Order Processing
- After check out, you will receive an email with your order details.
- We will process your order within 1-5 business days, not including weekends or public holidays.
- If an item is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible as this may delay your shipment.
- We'll be sure to keep you informed of any updates or issues with your order.
Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order's delivery status on the Australia Post Track My Parcel site (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/).
If you do not receive your order within 10 business days after getting your shipping notification, please check your tracking information. If there is no movement, contact Australia Post.
