Shipping Policy

At Window Revival, we're committed to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless and stress-free from start to finish. We use Australia Post as our primary shipping provider.

Shipping 

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your package. 
• Our shipping rates are as follows:
• $15 AUD - Up to 500g
• $20 AUD - 500g to 1kg
• $25 AUD - 1kg to 3kg
• $30 AUD - 3kg to 5kg  
• The exact shipping cost will be shown during checkout before you make the payment. 
• ⚠ Please note that not all of our products currently have weight information listed. As a result, orders will default to the lowest weight tier. If we need to adjust the shipping price based on the actual weight, we will contact you before processing your order.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.

Order Processing  

• After check out, you will receive an email with your order details.
• We will process your order within 1-5 business days, not including weekends or public holidays.
• If an item is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible as this may delay your shipment. 
• We'll be sure to keep you informed of any updates or issues with your order.

Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number.
• You can track your order's delivery status on the Australia Post Track My Parcel site (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/).

If you do not receive your order within 10 business days after getting your shipping notification, please check your tracking information. If there is no movement, contact Australia Post.

Additionally, please alert us via email at shop@windowrevival.com.au and let us know about the status of your order. Please include your name and order number to help us assist you better.
